Maxscend Posts RMB1.81 Billion H1 Revenue, Net Loss Widens to RMB371 Million

Published: Updated: By 24TopNews Editorial Desk

Maxscend Microelectronics reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB1.81 billion, up 6.2% year on year, while its net loss attributable to shareholders widened to RMB371 million. The company attributed the loss to its Fab-Lite transformation, strong growth in its fully domestic L-PAMiD product line, weak consumer electronics demand, intense competition, supply-chain bottlenecks for raw materials, and rising depreciation from capacity-building investments.

Maxscend Microelectronics disclosed its semi-annual report on August 25, 2026. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB1.81 billion, up 6.20% year on year; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB371 million, widening from the prior-year period.

The company said the performance change was mainly due to its transition to a Fab-Lite model, where its integrated platform advantages drove strong shipment growth in its fully domestic L-PAMiD product series, which continued to contribute positively. At the same time, factors including weak downstream consumer electronics market conditions, intense industry competition, tight delivery of some raw material supply chains, and rising accumulated depreciation from ongoing capacity-building efforts had a certain impact on the shipment pace and scale of some of the company's products.
