Meituan Partners with 160,000 Medical Institutions and 250,000 Pharmacies to Build 15-Minute Healthcare Circle
At the 2026 Global Healthcare Summit in Hong Kong on August 7, Wang Puzhong, CEO of Meituan's core local commerce business, said Meituan will position itself as a connector of medical resources and work with industry partners to build a 15-minute medical and health service circle. To that end, Meituan is building an extensive localized supply and delivery network that connects the full service chain of examinations, medical care, pharmacies, hospitals and elderly care.
Meituan has so far partnered with 160,000 medical institutions and 250,000 pharmacies, and has served 430 million users in total.
