Meta has committed nearly $700 billion in future spending through long-term and short-term agreements, covering areas such as artificial intelligence data centers and cloud computing. The company disclosed in a regulatory filing that it holds $349.3 billion in irrevocable contract commitments, primarily related to third-party cloud service agreements, servers, and network infrastructure.

In addition, Meta has $347 billion in lease commitments that have not yet commenced and are not reflected on the balance sheet. In July alone, $68 billion was added, with payments set to begin in 2027 and 2028. These costs are in addition to existing active leases and cover data centers, colocation facilities, and some network infrastructure.
