Midea Group Reports 200,000 European Orders in One Month; PortaSplit Orders Top 160,000
Sustained extreme heat in Europe has driven a surge in local air conditioner demand. Midea Group's Wuhu and Guangzhou manufacturing bases added a total of 200,000 European orders within one month.
The company's PortaSplit mobile split air conditioner has received over 160,000 new orders since June. In July, among an urgent order from France for 30,000 mobile air conditioners, 20,000 units have already been shipped.
