Minmetals Capital disclosed its interim report for the first half of 2026. During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating revenue of RMB 3.23 billion, down 3% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 1.075 billion, up 104.61% year on year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.24. The company proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.15 (tax inclusive) for every 10 shares held.

The report indicated that the company's trust, securities, and futures financial businesses performed well in the first half of 2026, with overall profitability improving compared with the same period in 2025. Gains from changes in the fair value of financial assets and income from long-term equity investments accounted for using the equity method increased significantly versus the first half of 2025.
