Xi Hui, Party Secretary and Chairman of Nanjing Transportation Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co. , Ltd. , is suspected of serious disciplinary and legal violations. He has voluntarily surrendered and is currently under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Nanjing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Commission.
