State Grid NARI Plans RMB 500 Million to 1 Billion Share Buyback for Equity Incentives

State Grid NARI announced on August 14, 2026 that it intends to repurchase a portion of its shares through centralized bidding transactions funded by its own capital. The repurchase amount will be no less than RMB 500 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 1 billion (inclusive). The repurchased shares will be used for future equity incentive plans, with the repurchase price capped at RMB 35.17 per share (inclusive). The repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan.
