In terms of specific payout plans, Jiansheng Group announced on August 4 that it intends to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.30 per share (before tax) to all shareholders. On the same day, Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical announced its intention to pay a cash dividend of RMB 0.10 per share (before tax) to all shareholders. Both cash dividend proposals have been made public through formal announcements.
