New World Development has released the final three two-bedroom units at its Aoyun project in Rose Street, Kowloon Tong, for sale starting next Tuesday. The units, sized 515 to 561 square feet, are priced between HK$18.03 million and HK$18.97 million. The project has sold 64 units, raising over HK$2.7 billion, setting a new single-day sales record for 2026. A four-bedroom rooftop special unit previously sold for HK$91.44 million at HK$56,866 per square foot, a record for luxury presale properties in 2026.

New World Development has added the final three two-bedroom units at its Aoyun project on Rose Street, Kowloon Tong, which will go on sale next Tuesday. The units are on the 6th floor (Unit E1), 8th floor (Unit E1), and 8th floor (Unit E7), with saleable areas of 515 to 561 square feet. The transaction prices range from HK$18,031,100 to HK$18,971,100, equivalent to HK$32,560 to HK$35,012 per square foot of saleable area.

This month, the project has sold five two-bedroom units in succession, raising over HK$88 million. The project has sold a total of 64 units, generating over HK$2.7 billion in sales, which set a new single-day sales record for 2026. Previously, large units sold through tender had an average transaction price of over HK$56 million, with an average price per square foot of nearly HK$40,000. Among them, a four-bedroom rooftop special unit achieved a transaction price of HK$91.44 million, at a price per square foot of HK$56,866, setting a new record for luxury presale property prices in 2026.
