O-Film Acquires 51% Stake in Hefei Zhongke Daojing
O-Film said on September 18 on an investor interaction platform that in August 2026 the company acquired a 51% stake in Hefei Zhongke Daojing Technology Co. , Ltd. , becoming its controlling shareholder.
As of now, some of Zhongke Daojing's glass-based packaging products have entered the designated trial production stage and achieved small-batch supply.
