The One Club, a creative industry organization, has established a Brand Hall of Fame and selected Apple as its first inductee, honoring the company's roughly 50 years of design, branding, and communication innovation. The One Club, a creative industry organization, has announced the creation of a Brand Hall of Fame, selecting Apple as its first inductee, after 65 years of honoring individual creative achievements. Steve Jobs, Apple's co-founder, was inducted into the organization's Creative Hall of Fame in 2012. Since then, marketing campaigns developed by Apple and its long-time partner TBWA\Media Arts Lab have received multiple recognitions, including Pencil awards in 2017 and 2026. This recognition targets Apple as a whole brand, acknowledging its innovation in design, branding, and communication over roughly five decades. The organization specifically cited Apple's 1984 Macintosh commercial, the "Think Different" campaign from the 1990s, and the "I'm a Mac" campaign from the early 2000s.
The induction ceremony will take place on September 16, 2026, at Capitale in New York, in the form of a formal dinner, with entry fees starting at $1,250. Proceeds from the dinner will support the Creative Hall of Fame, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing global creative work to wider attention. Although Apple is the first brand inductee, this year's event will continue to honor individual creative achievements, with creative professionals from companies such as Levi's, Nike, and Mastercard also being inducted. In April 2026, Apple also won Webby Awards for its Apple Pay project and Apple TV sports content featuring footballer Lionel Messi.
