Ping An Annuity Executives Tour Guizhou for Party Training, Sign Consumption Assistance Pact

Ping An Annuity Insurance Company Limited recently organized members of its Party Committee, independent director representatives, and core management cadres to Guizhou province for an executive rural visit and party-building training activity themed "Retrace the Long March, Paint a Picture of Revitalization."

On the first stop, the delegation arrived at Nanmeng Village in Leishan County, a designated assistance village of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. They held discussions with the village-based work team and village cadres, focusing on topics such as fostering specialty industries and expanding the collective economy. After the meeting, the group visited local poor households, inquired about their family life, health conditions, and practical difficulties, and delivered relief supplies. Ping An Annuity Insurance also agreed with the village committee to establish a regular relief visit mechanism.

The delegation then conducted field research at Dqiu Village, a Ping An Group-assisted enterprise, to understand its operations, product features, and market expansion challenges. During a discussion session, Hu Haitao, chairman of the company's labor union, signed a consumption assistance agreement on behalf of the company with Dqiu Village. Gan Weimin, Party secretary and chairman of the board, and Jin Chao, deputy Party secretary and general manager, along with independent director representatives, witnessed the signing. The agreement stipulates that Ping An Annuity Insurance will purchase Dqiu Village's specialty agricultural products through internal procurement and employee benefits.

On the following day, the delegation visited the Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall, where they learned about the revolutionary process before and after the Zunyi Conference through historical photographs and revolutionary artifacts.
