Ping An ranked ninth in the 2026 BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands with a brand value of USD 36.84 billion, up over 24% year on year, retaining the top spot among Chinese insurers for the twelfth time. The group reported 253 million retail customers and a 15.0% revenue increase in the first half of 2026.

On September 9, 2026, Kantar BrandZ released its "Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands" ranking, placing Ping An ninth with a brand value of USD 36.84 billion. The company retained the top position in China's insurance industry for the twelfth consecutive year, with brand value growing over 24% year on year. The ranking evaluates the top 100 Chinese brands based on financial value and brand contribution.

As of June 30, 2026, the group had 253 million retail customers, with the number of value customers up 2.6% from the start of the year. The retention rate for customers holding three or more group products stood at 99%, and customers with five or more years of service accounted for 76.6%. In the first half of 2026, the company reported revenue of RMB 575.138 billion, up 15.0% year on year, and operating profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of RMB 84.196 billion, up 8.3%.

In AI applications, daily token consumption by intelligent agents surged from 30 billion in December 2025 to over 120 billion in June 2026. Ping An's financial large model ranked first overall in the public CNFinBench industry evaluation, and its "Medical Large Model 3.5" achieved the highest score in the global medical AI benchmark HealthBench Hard. In the first half of 2026, flash claims accounted for 59% of life insurance claims, 94% of auto insurance policies via the dealer channel were issued intelligently within one minute on average, and AI agents handled approximately 939 million service interactions, covering 81% of total customer service volume.

In services, Ping An launched a "Quick Service" entry point, with AI-based inquiry and processing covering 88% of business scenarios and about 90 million monthly active customers. Global emergency rescue services cover 233 countries and regions, with over 1,500 rescue service applications in the first half of the year and cross-border medical transfers arranged for 87 customers. More than 320,000 customers have qualified for home-based elderly care services, and the pet ecosystem connects 16,000 pet hospitals and merchants nationwide.

As of June 30, 2026, Ping An's cumulative investment in supporting the real economy exceeded RMB 11.29 trillion. Green investment by insurance funds reached RMB 647.55 billion, and green loan balances totaled RMB 273.416 billion. Rural industry support funds amounted to RMB 30.383 billion, with 1,287 industrial revitalization projects implemented, driving farmer income increases of over RMB 26.3 billion. Ping An has won the "China Charity Award" five times, holds an MSCI ESG rating of AAA, and has ranked first in the Asia-Pacific region in the "Diversified Insurance and Brokerage" category for four consecutive years.

The top ten companies in this ranking include Tencent, Alibaba, Douyin, Moutai, Huawei, Haier, ICBC, China Mobile, Ping An, and Agricultural Bank of China.
