Ping An Seeks Over 6,000 Campus Hires for 2026, Partners with 21 Universities
China Ping An announced at its July 31 school-enterprise cooperation exchange in Shenzhen that its 2026 campus recruitment demand exceeds 6,000 positions, with internships for more than 3,000 students across eight job categories. The company plans to raise annual campus hiring to over 10,000 within three to five years. Ping An will build internship bases with 21 universities, including Renmin University of China, Beihang University and Central University of Finance and Economics, and signed agreements with 15 institutions.
On July 31, the "Million Talents Gathering in Southern Guangdong" and China Ping An 2026 school-enterprise cooperation exchange was held in Shenzhen. The meeting centered on government-school-enterprise cooperation, focusing on policy implementation, school-enterprise collaboration, campus recruitment AI capabilities, and job demand negotiations.

At the event, China Ping An announced the joint construction of internship bases with 21 universities, including Renmin University of China, Beihang University, and Central University of Finance and Economics, and signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with 15 universities.
The exchange included signing ceremonies for school-enterprise cooperation agreements and internship base accreditation presentations. Ping An will open multiple business scenarios across its member companies, and partner universities will optimize training content in line with industry changes. Ping An has established a mechanism for campus recruits covering onboarding and development, offering the "Orange Achievement Preparation Camp" learning program before employment and a "dual mentor system" after joining, along with more than 10,000 courses annually and job rotation opportunities.
The exchange set up three sub-forums covering finance, healthcare and elder care, and technology, and launched the "NOVA New Star Talent Plan" for its technology segment. Ping An Group and its more than 20 member companies provide more than 30,000 job opportunities to society each year. China Ping An said it will take the exchange as a new starting point to deepen cooperation with universities and support the "Million Talents Gathering in Southern Guangdong" action plan.
