Plk Technologies' Integrated Inductor Plant Enters Production Ramp-Up; Chip Inductor Orders Up 400%
Plk Technologies announced on September 7 that the first phase of its high-end alloy soft magnetic materials and magnetic components production base has passed government acceptance and begun large-scale production, entering a rapid capacity ramp-up phase. The company's chip inductor orders in hand have risen approximately 400% from the same period in 2025, with TLVR inductors accounting for a growing share.
Plk Technologies disclosed on September 7 the investment progress of its high-end alloy soft magnetic materials and magnetic components production base project. The first sub-project of Phase One, the new high-end integrated inductor construction project, has passed relevant government acceptance, met production conditions, and commenced large-scale production, with a rapid capacity ramp-up phase to follow. Current chip inductor capacity remains insufficient to meet order delivery. As of now, the company's chip inductor orders in hand have increased approximately 400% compared with the same period in 2025, with TLVR inductors accounting for a gradually rising share.
For the second sub-project of Phase One, the new high-end hot-press integrated inductor capacity expansion project, infrastructure construction has been completed, equipment procurement has begun on a large scale, and production will be launched in batches. Upon completion, this project will enhance the company's chip inductor capacity, diversify its process routes, and prepare capacity for expansion into more application areas. Phase Two has commenced land use planning permit procedures, and the company will accelerate project construction to prepare capacity for market demand in the coming years.
