Postal Savings Bank launched a youth anti-fraud education campaign in July 2026, targeting summer online risks. The initiative covered children, college students, and special groups through immersive lessons and scenario simulations. Branches in Tianjin, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Hubei, and Qinghai held over 50 events at schools, communities, and institutions, reaching more than 50 locations. Activities included interactive sessions on gaming scams, campus loans, and credit protection, plus practical demonstrations. The bank plans to integrate youth financial education into routine consumer protection work.

Since July 2026, Postal Savings Bank has carried out a themed campaign titled "Nurturing Youth Growth, Safeguarding Youth Dreams," responding to increased time spent online by young people during the summer and the peak season for fraud. The initiative promotes financial knowledge education across multiple regions, covering children, college students, and other groups through immersive lectures and scenario simulations to spread anti-fraud awareness and guide young people toward sound money and consumption values.

The Tianjin branch of Postal Savings Bank, targeting students on summer break and youth concentrated in care institutions, divided its sub-branches into two key audiences: children and college students. The Jinnan District sub-branch visited local off-campus care centers, using small-class interactive teaching to break down four high-incidence scams: game trading, live-stream tipping, task-based rebate fraud, and illegal campus loans. The Nankai District sub-branch entered Tianjin University to hold a summer finance session, where teachers and students performed real-life scenarios of part-time job fraud, combined with real cases to explain credit report protection and loan risks, and offered hands-on practice in checking credit reports.

The Shaanxi branch of Postal Savings Bank developed five customized education content sets for kindergarten, primary and secondary school, vocational, university, and special-needs children, while building four publicity platforms: campuses, branches, communities, and government-enterprise public welfare venues. The Yulin City sub-branch organized primary school students to practice cash counting at branch counters and learn renminbi anti-counterfeiting knowledge. The Shangluo City sub-branch regularly visited local universities to explain student-origin student loan policies and dissect typical scams such as training loans and game recharge fraud. To date, the branch has held more than 50 promotional activities across its jurisdiction, covering over 50 campuses, communities, and special education institutions.

The Ningxia branch of Postal Savings Bank, together with local regulators, public security, finance, and state security departments, formed a joint lecture team to design content tailored to the risk profiles of youth at different educational stages. The Shizuishan City sub-branch, in cooperation with local government departments, visited a health vocational college to simulate fraud tactics such as illegal fundraising and campus loans, helping more than 200 teachers and students master the "three don'ts and one more" principle (don't transfer, don't disclose, don't click, and verify more). The Zhongwei City sub-branch launched an "Anti-Fraud Little Expert" fun class, using simple stories to teach personal information protection and cultivate safety habits among primary school students, such as not sharing verification codes and not clicking unknown links.

The Hubei branch of Postal Savings Bank combined convenience services with consumer protection publicity, coordinating city sub-branches to engage scenarios like squares, bookstores, childcare centers, universities, and tourist sites. The Jingzhou City sub-branch entered Yangtze University, integrating graduation luggage delivery services with lectures on credit report and predatory loan risks. The Huanggang City sub-branch carried out special education on college entrance examination admission fraud, warning against scams such as paid score checking and agency admission.

The Qinghai branch of Postal Savings Bank, targeting primary and secondary school students' cognitive characteristics, used real case analysis and interactive Q&A to deliver financial knowledge on credit protection, anti-fraud, and rational consumption. A special publicity team visited Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Ethnic Middle School, Xining Huanghe Road Primary School, Datong County Yuanlin Road Primary School, and Qaidam Vocational and Technical College. Using real financial cases from local students' lives, they exposed the profit-making traps of fake "credit repair" intermediaries, explained the significance of personal credit as an "economic ID card," and guided students to adopt a consumption concept of living within means and avoiding blind overconsumption.

Postal Savings Bank stated that it will incorporate youth financial education into its routine consumer protection system, working with schools, communities, and regulatory bodies to regularly carry out science popularization activities and innovate engaging publicity materials suited to young people.
