Qiyunfang EDA Software Reaches Full Self-Control, Cuts Time to Market by Over 40%
Qiyunfang Technology has developed fully self-controlled electronic design automation software supporting collaborative design by up to 100 engineers and shortening product launch cycles by more than 40%. In a research laboratory, dozens of engineers work collaboratively around an ultra-large circuit board carrying more than 40,000 pins and over 30 layers. The board is a key interconnect component for next-generation artificial intelligence servers. Supporting this collaborative scenario is electronic design automation software independently developed by Qiyunfang Technology. The software offers functions including parallel design and AI-driven intelligent optimization. Integrated functions such as AI automatic library creation and intelligent placement and routing can reduce most repetitive operations in the design phase.
Computer-integrated manufacturing systems are the nerve center of wafer fabrication plants and were once highly dependent on imports, a weak point in semiconductor manufacturing self-sufficiency. Qiyunfang has launched a domestic CIM overall solution composed of more than 30 subsystems working in coordination. Based on a microservices architecture and incorporating big data and AI capabilities, the system has been deployed on more than 10 12-inch wafer fab production lines.
