Rongsheng Petrochemical said on August 14 that it has 600,000 tonnes per year of photovoltaic-grade EVA design capacity and, through subsidiaries Zhejiang Petrochemical and Zhongjin Petrochemical, a combined sulfur design capacity of about 1.21 million tonnes per year, ranking among the top in China. The company noted that sulfur prices have been trending higher since 2026, positively affecting its sulfur business.
