Rongsheng Petrochemical said on August 14 that it has 600,000 tonnes per year of photovoltaic-grade EVA design capacity and, through subsidiaries Zhejiang Petrochemical and Zhongjin Petrochemical, a combined sulfur design capacity of about 1.21 million tonnes per year, ranking among the top in China. The company noted that sulfur prices have been trending higher since 2026, positively affecting its sulfur business.
Rongsheng Petrochemical said on August 14 on its interactive platform that it currently has a design capacity of 600,000 tonnes per year for photovoltaic-grade EVA, and will flexibly arrange production based on market demand. The company's subsidiaries, Zhejiang Petrochemical and Zhongjin Petrochemical, together have a combined sulfur design capacity of approximately 1.21 million tonnes per year, placing the company among the top in the country.
