Sai Microelectronics H1 net profit RMB 2.702 billion, revenue down 68.71%
Sai Microelectronics reported a net profit of RMB 2.702 billion for the first half of 2026, reversing a loss of RMB 650,300 in the same period of 2025. Total operating revenue fell 68.71% to RMB 178 million. Non-recurring items contributed RMB 3.081 billion, mainly from the transfer of its Swedish Silex stake and fair value changes of the remaining interest.
Sai Microelectronics disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on August 26. During the reporting period, the company achieved total operating revenue of RMB 178 million, down 68.71% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders stood at RMB 2.702 billion, compared with a loss of RMB 650,300 in the same period of 2025, marking a turnaround. Basic earnings per share were RMB 3.6905.
The report showed that non-recurring gains and losses had an impact of RMB 3.081 billion on net profit attributable to shareholders for the period, mainly due to the transfer of part of the Swedish Silex equity and the fair value change of the remaining stake.
