Samsung's Galaxy Tab S12 series has been spotted on the Google Play Console and has received Bluetooth certification. In terms of device specifications, the Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Tab S12+ carries the internal codename “gts12pwifi” and the model number SM-X840, while the Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra has the codename “gts12uwifi” and the model number SM-X940. Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S12 series will be launched in the second half of 2026, though no specific release date has been announced. The previous generation, the Galaxy Tab S11 series, made its official debut in September 2025.
