Seazen Holdings Sets Up Two Commercial Firms in Shanghai, Each with RMB 30 Million Capital

Seazen Holdings established two commercial management companies in Shanghai in August 2026. The two entities are Shanghai Seazen Yiyue Commercial Management Co. , Ltd. and Shanghai Seazen Wuyue Commercial Management Co. , both with Zhang Shu as legal representative and registered capital of RMB 30 million each.

Their business scope covers commercial complex management services, corporate management, marketing planning and hotel management.

Both companies are jointly held by Seazen Wuyue Commercial Management Group Co. , a subsidiary of Seazen Holdings, and Changzhou Seazen Wuyue Commercial Management Co.
