Seres August 2026 NEV Output Falls 42.55%, Sales Drop 43.96%
Seres reported that its new energy vehicle production in August 2026 totaled 24,742 units, down 42.55% year on year, while sales reached 24,244 units, a decline of 43.96%. For the first eight months of 2026, cumulative output fell 13.22% to 229,700 units, and cumulative sales decreased 12.58% to 227,300 units.
Seres announced on September 1 that its new energy vehicle production and sales figures for August 2026 showed significant year-on-year declines. Production reached 24,742 units, down 42.55% from the same period last year, while sales totaled 24,244 units, a decrease of 43.96%.
For the period from January to August 2026, cumulative new energy vehicle production amounted to 229,700 units, down 13.22% year on year, and cumulative sales reached 227,300 units, a decline of 12.58%.
