SF Holding Plans RMB10 Billion Bond Sale in Two Tranches Due 2029 and 2031

On September 16, 2026, SF Holding said it plans to raise a combined RMB10 billion (about SGD1.9 billion) through a two-tranche bond issue.

In an exchange announcement, SF Holding said the proceeds will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes.

SF Holding, which is listed in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, will apply to list the bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. HSBC, ICBC International and Bank of China (Hong Kong) are among the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the offering.
