SF Intra-city (09699) Issues H1 2026 Profit Alert, Up at Least 120% vs 2025

SF Intra-city (09699) said the positive profit alert is based on continued business expansion and operational efficiency improvements. According to estimates by a research group under the State Council, China's instant retail market is expected to exceed RMB 1 trillion in 2026, with order volumes maintaining rapid growth. SF Intra-city, a third-party instant delivery service provider, covers food delivery, instant retail, intra-city errands and last-mile logistics. In the first half of 2026, demand for home shopping, event viewing, cultural tourism and holiday gifting was released intensively as the 618 shopping festival, the World Cup and the Dragon Boat Festival overlapped. During the 618 promotion period, average daily orders rose 20% year-on-year; on the Dragon Boat Festival day, exclusive delivery orders increased more than 120% year-on-year; and individual delivery orders to cultural-tourism destinations grew several-fold. Since January 2023, the company has issued eight profit-alert announcements and returned to profitability in its H1 2023 results. It has since posted four consecutive first-half profit increases of more than 100%, with three of those increases at least 120%. In business expansion, SF Intra-city has widened cooperation with live-streaming e-commerce platforms, chain brands and private-domain merchants, broadening client coverage through both public and private channels, and has worked with SF Group to provide an integrated supply chain solution combining warehousing, transshipment and intra-city delivery. In the first half of 2026, the company advanced full coverage of AI-powered intelligent dispatch and accelerated the rollout of unmanned delivery, steadily improving overall platform operating efficiency. The continued expansion of order volumes has driven economies of scale, expansion into lower-tier markets has raised network order density, and average delivery distance and per-order fulfilment costs have continued to optimize.
