The substantial year-on-year growth in the company's H1 2026 results, compared with the same period in 2025, was mainly attributable to investment income. During the period, the company recognised fair value change gains on equity interests in targets such as Shenghe Micro, held through funds, resulting in non-recurring gains of RMB 1.213 billion, accounting for approximately 88.93% of net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company. The building materials business was affected by weaker downstream demand, with cement sales volume and average prices declining year on year, leading to a decrease in net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses.
