Shangtai Technology H1 2026 Anode Shipments Up About 41% to 199,000 Tonnes
Shangtai Technology disclosed in its investor relations activity record that its anode material shipments reached approximately 199,000 tonnes in the first half of 2026, up about 41% year on year. Driven by the continued strength of energy storage batteries and steady growth in power batteries, downstream customer demand increased rapidly, leaving the company's anode material products in short supply. Production orders are currently fully booked, with existing capacity utilization maintained at a relatively high level. Supplemented by a certain scale of outsourced processing, the company is able to match current customer order delivery requirements.
As capacity at the Shanxi Phase 4, Shanxi Phase 5 and Malaysia bases is gradually released, the company will be better positioned to match continuously growing order demand.
