The board appointed Chen Xi as board secretary, with a term ending with the ninth board. Wang Huai resigned as deputy general manager and chief accountant due to work adjustments but retains his role as a party committee member. Song Yapeng, a senior accountant who started working in 1994, was appointed as chief accountant. Chen Xi has experience in transportation investment and Fenjiu group management, while Song Yapeng has long served in Fenjiu's finance and audit functions.

He has served as business specialist and business supervisor in the board office of Shanxi Transportation Control Group, senior specialist at Shanxi Transportation Control Financial Assets Company, deputy director (acting as head) of the Party Committee Office (Board Office) of Fenjiu Group, deputy secretary of the Party Committee (acting as head) of the headquarters, and deputy director (acting as head) of the Party Committee Office (Board Office) of Fenjiu Co. He is currently a mid-level senior cadre of the company and concurrently serves as an external director of Shanxi Xinghuacun International Trade Co. and Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Sales Co.
Wang Huai resigned as deputy general manager and chief accountant due to work adjustments. After resignation, he will no longer hold any management position in the company but will retain his identity as a member of the company's Party Committee. The board agreed to appoint Song Yapeng as chief accountant. Song Yapeng is a senior accountant who started working in 1994. He has long served in the financial and audit system of Fenjiu, holding positions such as deputy section chief of the finance department of Fenjiu Group, deputy minister of the finance department of the company, deputy secretary of the Group's Discipline Inspection Commission, minister of the Supervision and Audit Department, and chief auditor. Since February 2024, he has been serving as assistant to the general manager of the company.
