Shengmei Shanghai H1 2026 Revenue RMB 3.718 Billion, Net Profit Up 42.14%
Shengmei Shanghai has published its 2026 semi-annual report, posting revenue of RMB 3.718 billion for the first half, up 13.87% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 989 million, a 42.14% increase. The company attributed the profit growth to significantly higher fair-value changes and investment gains from external investments, alongside revenue growth and reduced share-based payment expenses.

For the first half of the year, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.718 billion, up 13.87% year on year, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 989 million, a year-on-year increase of 42.14%.
The company said the substantial increase in fair-value changes and investment income from external investments during the period, together with growth in main-business revenue and a reduction in share-based payment expenses, jointly drove the rise in net profit.
