Shennan Circuits' Private Placement Application Accepted by SZSE, Plans to Raise RMB 4.882 Billion

Shennan Circuits Co. , Ltd. (002916) said its application for a private placement of shares to specific investors has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The exchange accepted the application on August 25. The company plans to raise RMB 4.882 billion through the offering. Guotai Haitong Securities Co. and AVIC Securities Co. will serve as sponsors for the issuance.
