Shenwan Hongyuan Appoints Huang Jianjun as General Manager; Huang Hao Resigns

Shenwan Hongyuan appointed Huang Jianjun as general manager, effective August 14, 2026, after board approval. The same day, Huang Hao resigned as vice chairman and general manager citing work arrangements. Huang Jianjun brings extensive experience from China Jianyin Investment and other financial institutions. Huang Hao's resignation ended a tenure that included roles at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and Central Huijin.

Shenwan Hongyuan has announced that its board approved the appointment of Huang Jianjun as general manager, effective August 14, 2026. Huang began his career in 1992, holding positions at the Planning and Capital Department of China Rural Development Trust and Investment Corporation, China Construction Bank, and China Cinda Asset Management. From January 2005 to June 2007, he served as deputy general manager of the Asset Disposal Department at China Jianyin Investment; from June to November 2007, he was executive deputy general manager and Party Committee member of Zhejiang International Trust and Investment; and from November 2007 to July 2010, he was Party Committee member and executive deputy general manager of Zhongtou Trust.

In 2010, Huang joined China Jianyin Investment, where he successively served as head of the Capital Markets Department, general manager of the Strategic Development Department, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and as a Party Committee member, executive director, and vice president of the company. From December 2020 to August 2026, he was deputy secretary of the Party Committee, executive director, and president of China Jianyin Investment.

Shenwan Hongyuan also announced that it received a written resignation from Huang Hao on August 14, 2026. Citing work arrangements, Huang Hao requested to resign from his positions as vice chairman of the sixth board of directors, director, member of the board's Strategy and ESG Committee, member of the board's Risk Control Committee, general manager, and deputy director and member of the Executive Committee. Huang Hao earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Zhejiang University in July 1996, a master's degree in management from Tsinghua University in May 1999, and a doctorate in economics from the People's Bank of China's Institute of Finance in July 2011.

From July 1999 to February 2005, Huang Hao served at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, holding roles including principal staff member of the Policy Research Division, assistant research fellow, and concurrently secretary of the Youth League Committee. From February 2005 to November 2020, he worked at Central Huijin. From September 2005 to January 2013, he was a director of Guotai Junan; from April 2012 to October 2017, he served as a director of China Development Bank and China Development Bank Financial Leasing; and from February 2020 to December 2020, he was a non-executive director of CICC. In December 2020, Huang Hao joined Shenwan Hongyuan, subsequently serving as general manager, director of the Executive Committee, executive director, deputy director of the Executive Committee, and vice chairman.
