Shenzhen Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Walmart China
Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and Walmart (China) Investment Co. , Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on August 11. Shenzhen Party Secretary Jin Lei met with Walmart China President and Chief Executive Officer Zhu Xiaojing and jointly witnessed the signing. The agreement covers cooperation in headquarters economy, commercial network layout, store digital upgrades, consumption promotion, cross-border e-commerce, and import-export trade.

Under the agreement, the two sides will pursue strategic cooperation in multiple areas, including enhancing and expanding the headquarters economy, planning a full-domain, full-format commercial network, upgrading store digitalisation in tandem with consumption promotion initiatives, and developing cross-border e-commerce and import-export trade.
