Shenzhen Expressway H1 2026 Revenue Down 6.78% to RMB 3.65 Billion
Shenzhen Expressway reported H1 2026 revenue of RMB 3.65 billion, down 6.78% year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 919 million, down 4.28%. The decline was driven by fair value losses on equity investments and lower profit from the Shuiguan Expressway concession expiry. Excluding Shuiguan, net profit was broadly flat versus 2025.
Shenzhen Expressway disclosed its 2026 interim report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.65 billion, down 6.78% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 919 million, down 4.28% year on year; basic earnings per share stood at RMB 0.346.
The year-on-year decline in net profit was mainly due to fair value losses on the company's equity investments in associated companies, which were affected by share price fluctuations, compared with a profit from these investments in the same period of 2025. In addition, profit related to the expiry of the Shuiguan Expressway toll concession decreased. Excluding the impact of Shuiguan Expressway, net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was broadly flat compared with the same period of 2025.
