The company had planned to list in Hong Kong to raise RMB943 million, and had brought in Chow Tai Fook (01929) vice chairman Cheng Chi-heng and Henderson Land (00012) chairman Lee Ka-kit, among others, as cornerstone investors. The sponsors were CMBI and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong).
