Sichuan Chuantou Energy and PowerChina Unit Establish Pumped-Storage Venture

Sichuan Chuantou Energy and China Electric Power Construction Group Chengdu Survey and Design Institute Co. , Ltd. , a wholly owned subsidiary of PowerChina, have jointly established Sichuan Energy (Nanjiang) Pumped-Storage Development Co. The newly formed company's business scope covers hydropower generation, power generation, power transmission, and power supply and distribution. The venture is part of efforts to develop pumped-storage hydropower capacity in the region.
