Since the project's launch, about 65% of buyers came from Tseung Kwan O itself, with the remaining 35% from other districts. Tian noted that the project is close to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and several international schools, attracting students and families to rent. Rents are about HK$45 to HK$50 per square foot, with some sea-view units exceeding HK$50 per square foot. The project has recorded 20 bulk buyers who purchased units for rental income.

Once the future Route 6 opens, it will take about 18 minutes to reach the West Kowloon area, and provide quick access to the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station for travel to Shenzhen.
