Sinosoft Technology's H1 Net Profit Falls 15.6% to RMB90.34 Million; Plans Dividend of RMB0.5 per 10 Shares
Sinosoft Technology reported a 15.6% year-on-year decline in net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2026, to RMB90.34 million, despite a marginal 0.06% rise in revenue to RMB2.436 billion. The company proposed a cash dividend of RMB0.5 per 10 shares (pre-tax). The profit drop was attributed to a higher non-operating income base in the same period of 2025.
Sinosoft Technology disclosed its semi-annual report for 2026 on August 25. For the first half of 2026, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB2.436 billion, up 0.06% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB90.3443 million, down 15.6% year on year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB0.1087.
The company proposed a cash dividend of RMB0.5 (pre-tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders. During the reporting period, the year-on-year decline in net profit was mainly due to a higher base of non-operating income in the same period of 2025, which decreased compared with the current period.
