In the first half of the year, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.377 billion, and net cash flow from operating activities turned from negative to positive. Among its channels, direct-sales revenue grew 16.53% year-on-year, becoming the primary growth driver during the reporting period.
Sofia's direct-sales system has built a three-tier service matrix around existing-home scenarios, covering full renovation, partial renovation, and light renovation with quick installation. This matrix addresses needs ranging from whole-home renovation to single-space upgrades and localized refreshes, with delivery processes controlled for quality and completion timelines. The company focuses on community old-home renovation, county-level new housing, and rural self-built homes in lower-tier markets, using community store formats to stay close to homeowners. For example, at its Jinbi store in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, most orders come from old-home renovation demand.
On the marketing front, the direct-sales team shares cases and products through short videos and livestreams, building brand awareness on e-commerce platforms and social media. The direct-sales channel has formed an integrated online-to-offline operating loop. In delivery, the direct-sales model achieves end-to-end integrated control from design and production to installation. Construction follows standardized management manuals and whole-home precision delivery standards, with key acceptance checks such as the 48-hour water retention test ensuring concealed works quality. An online cloud supervision system provides real-time progress updates during construction.
