Spring Airlines disclosed its semi-annual report on August 28, 2026. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 12.336 billion, up 19.72% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 1.042 billion, down 10.81% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 1.08. The company proposed a cash dividend of RMB 3.3 (pre-tax) per 10 shares.

During the reporting period, the company completed total transport turnover of 2,855,688 million tonne-kilometers, passenger turnover of 31,306,748 million passenger-kilometers, and carried 17.373 million passengers, up 18.3%, 18.0%, and 14.2% year-on-year, respectively. The passenger load factor was 92.6%, up 2.08 percentage points year-on-year.
