Strategy Sells $108.6 Million Bitcoin, Raises $653 Million in Share Sale

The company also repurchased $108.6 million of Stretch preferred shares. Dollar reserves rose to $4.65 billion while bitcoin holdings stood at about $58 billion. Strategy's common stock fell 1.05% in Monday trading. Since late May, the company has sold about $432 million of bitcoin cumulatively.

In parallel, the company repurchased $108.6 million of Stretch preferred shares. Following these transactions, dollar reserves increased to $4.65 billion, while bitcoin holdings stood at approximately $58 billion. Strategy is the largest corporate holder of bitcoin among listed companies; its common stock fell 1.05% in Monday trading.

Since late May, Strategy has shifted to a capital management approach, having cumulatively sold approximately $432 million of bitcoin to date. Earlier, the company had planned to use the issuance of STRC preferred shares as its primary funding channel, but since early May, STRC has traded below its $100 par value and currently stands at around $95.
