Sun Hung Kai Properties' Kai Tak Tianxi Tian Phase 2 recorded seven tender sales today, raising a total of over HK$127 million. The unit with the highest transaction amount and price per square foot is Unit A1 on the 17th floor of Tower 1, featuring a four-bedroom layout with one ensuite and a workroom, with a saleable area of 908 square feet. It sold for HK$35.542 million, or HK$39,143 per square foot.
