The developer will sell 114 units on Saturday, with 73 via price list and 41 via tender. The 73 price-list units, comprising 6 one-bedroom and 67 two-bedroom flats, have discounted prices between HK$4.21 million and HK$5.88 million, and discounted per-square-foot prices from HK$13,109 to HK$14,872. The tender units include 8 three-bedroom suites and 33 first-time rooftop specials. Four two-bedroom units sold today at a top per-square-foot price of HK$14,929, lifting cumulative sales to 321 units and proceeds to over HK$1.72 billion.
