Sunlord Electronics announced on August 31, 2026, that it had received a notice from shareholder Xinyu Hengshuntong Electronic Technology Development Co. , Ltd. In support of the development of education at South China University of Technology, Hengshuntong plans to donate 1 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company to the Guangdong South China University of Technology Education Development Foundation. The donated shares represent 0.12% of the company's total share capital.
