Surgical Robot Maker Jingfeng Medical Starts A-Share IPO Tutoring; Yunyinggu Files Guidance

Its cornerstone investors include the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, UBS Asset Management, Tencent, Cai Dongchen, ChinaAMC, China Shouzheng, Zhongyong Capital, Panjing Fund, Infini, as well as LYFE, OrbiMed and the GBA Greater Bay Area Fund.

On August 31, 2026, Jingfeng Medical released its first half-year report since listing. The results showed that in the first half of 2026 the company generated revenue of RMB 319 million, up 113.8% year on year, mainly due to growth in sales of surgical robots in domestic and overseas markets, of which revenue from products sold to overseas end users reached RMB 222 million, accounting for about 69.8% of total revenue; loss attributable to equity shareholders of the company was RMB 19.254 million, narrowing 78.4% year on year. As of the first half, the company had installed or delivered 158 surgical robots globally, of which 55 and 103 were installed or delivered to end users in China and overseas, respectively.

Since September 2026, apart from Jingfeng Medical, Yunyinggu Technology disclosed a tutoring registration report for its initial public offering and listing on September 10, planning an A-share listing, with GF Securities as the tutoring institution. Yunyinggu Technology listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 27, 2026 and is mainly engaged in the design and sale of AMOLED display driver chips, supplying products to smartphone manufacturers.
