Swire's Hyde Park Phase 2 in Chai Wan Gets Pre-sale Approval, First 52 Two-Bedroom Units for Tender
Swire Properties and China Motor Bus have received pre-sale consent for Hyde Park Phase 2 in Chai Wan, Hong Kong, and will launch the first 52 two-bedroom units via tender starting next Friday, with bids due by October 16. The units, sized 585 to 601 square feet, carry indicative prices of HK$18,000 to HK$22,000 per square foot. Phase 1 has sold 92% of its 430 launched units.
Hyde Park Phase 2 has obtained the pre-sale consent and its sales brochure has been uploaded. The first batch of 52 two-bedroom units will be offered for sale by tender starting next Friday (the 11th), with tenders closing on the 16th of this month. The residential project in Chai Wan, developed by Swire Properties in partnership with China Motor Bus, offers 52 two-bedroom-plus-study units with saleable areas ranging from 585 to 601 square feet. Indicative prices are approximately HK$18,000 to HK$22,000 per square foot. The units span various orientations and floor levels, each with distinct views: mid-to-high floors enjoy sea views, while low-to-mid floors overlook the residents' clubhouse and its approximately 4,000 square feet of green lawn.
Since its launch, Hyde Park Phase 1 has sold 397 units, representing 92% of the 430 units released. All standard one-bedroom units have been fully sold, with only a few two-bedroom units remaining. Phase 2's sales brochure was uploaded today, offering 258 units ranging from two to four bedrooms, with saleable areas between 547 and 2,847 square feet. Most units feature sea views. Among them, there are 104 standard two-bedroom units sized 585 to 610 square feet, 108 three-bedroom units ranging from 784 to 1,120 square feet, 37 four-bedroom units sized 1,393 to 1,395 square feet, and nine podium and sky special units with saleable areas from 547 to 2,847 square feet.
