TCL Technology announced that the 45% equity stake in Guangzhou Huaxing Semiconductor has completed the industrial and commercial change and transfer. Prior to this transaction, Guangzhou Huaxing Semiconductor was already included in TCL Technology's consolidated financial statements, but 45% of its profits were recorded as minority interest. After achieving full ownership, that portion of profits will now be fully attributed to the listed company's shareholders.
The restructuring canceled the supporting capital raise, requiring the company to pay the cash consideration with its own and self-raised funds. The new shares issued will expand the circulating share capital by 5.22%. The entire restructuring process, from acceptance to registration, took approximately 113 days in 2026.
