TCL Zhonghuan's 2026 interim report shows revenue of RMB 14.315 billion, up 6.84% year on year, with a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 3.204 billion, narrowing from a loss of RMB 4.242 billion in the same period of 2025. Cell and module shipments rose 29%, with high-efficiency products accounting for over 15% of shipments and module revenue up 47% in the second quarter.
TCL Zhonghuan disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved total operating revenue of RMB 14.315 billion, up 6.84% year on year on an adjusted basis. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 3.204 billion, compared with a loss of RMB 4.242 billion in the same period of 2025 on an adjusted basis.
During the reporting period, cell and module shipments grew 29% year on year, with high-efficiency products such as BC cells and half-cut wafers accounting for over 15% of shipments. The company's strategic customer framework agreements ranked among the top in scale. This business segment achieved revenue growth of 47% year on year, and in the second quarter, module sales revenue had already exceeded that of PV materials. Wafer overseas shipments grew 3.7 times year on year, and module overseas sales grew 4 times year on year. The new energy PV business achieved sales revenue of RMB 11.27 billion, up 6% year on year.
