Tencent Hosts Agent Day in Hong Kong, Debuting WorkBuddy International Edition

From September 3 to 5, 2026, Tencent held the Hong Kong stop of its Agent Day event, presenting five products: WorkBuddy International Edition, the Miora creative assistant, international music media platform JOOX, Hunyuan Hy4 preview, and WeChat Mini Programs. A purpose-built AI double-decker bus toured across Hong Kong, with public and enterprise sessions allowing the public to board and experience AI smart tools. The AI double-decker bus stopped in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. The lower deck served as a brand experience area, featuring a WorkBuddy experience station, a Miora creative assistant experience station, and an expert discussion area; the upper deck was an in-depth product experience area, divided by real industries and scenarios, with experience zones for finance, e-commerce operations, large models, music creation, a Mini Program challenge, technical development, and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The AI bus offered AI agent office scenario experiences, including AI office scenarios for finance industry personnel, as well as scenarios for small and medium-sized enterprises, e-commerce, content creators, and developers, covering content creation, data analysis, one-click design, technical development, large model creation, and Mini Program building. At the WorkBuddy experience area, users could upload files, describe their needs in natural language, and have AI deliver reports, charts, and presentations, and could import various data to output analysis briefs with one click. WorkBuddy is the first to integrate Hunyuan Hy4 preview, offering a two-week free trial, with users able to use it free of charge until September 10, 2026; the free usage period for the previous generation, Hunyuan Hy3, has been extended to the end of September 2026. WorkBuddy International Edition adds security features. Enterprises can also use Tencent Cloud's Agent Development Platform (ADP) to build agents that connect to business systems and meet personalized scenario needs.

At the Miora creative assistant experience station, members of the public could state their needs in natural language and receive logos, posters, promotional videos, and IP characters. In the WeChat Mini Program challenge experience area, the public could see dedicated Mini Program works built with WorkBuddy through natural language instructions. The JOOX AI songwriting experience station offered the music assistant JOJO, which can intelligently generate playlists based on users' moods and preferences, and can also complete lyrics and music creation around moods or trending topics; on-site users could claim a 14-day free membership. The event's theme song, "Board Now," was created using the JOOX AI songwriting function.
