Tianjin Bank H1 Profit Falls 8.03% to RMB1.828 Billion, NPL Ratio Rises to 1.77%
Tianjin Bank reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB1.828 billion for the first half of 2026, down 8.03% year on year. Operating revenue fell 3.72% to RMB8.5 billion, while the non-performing loan ratio rose to 1.77% from end-2025. The bank did not declare an interim dividend.
Tianjin Bank announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with profit attributable to shareholders reaching RMB1.828 billion, a decrease of 8.03% year on year. Earnings per share stood at RMB0.30, and no interim dividend was declared.
During the period, operating revenue totaled RMB8.5 billion, down 3.72% year on year. Net interest income rose 7.4% to RMB6.362 billion, while net fee and commission income declined 8.77% to RMB720 million.
As of June 30, the non-performing loan ratio was 1.77%, up 0.07 percentage points from the end of 2025. The tier 1 capital adequacy ratio stood at 10.09%, and the core tier 1 capital adequacy ratio was 9.22%, increasing by 0.13 and 0.14 percentage points, respectively.
