Truking Technology H1 Revenue Up 8.53% to RMB 2.624 Billion, Net Profit Turns Profitable

Truking Technology disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 24. In the first half, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 2.624 billion, up 8.53% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 145 million, turning from a loss to a profit. During the reporting period, the company intensified efforts to expand international markets, driving growth in international business revenue, while adjusting order structure to focus on high-value-added business and strengthening cost and expense control. The company continued to deepen its core competitiveness strategy of "process equipment + digital platform + AI," making multiple advances in the high-end, intelligent, and localized development of pharmaceutical equipment.

In international markets, Truking Technology's European revenue reached RMB 434 million in the first half, up 10.94% year-on-year; Asian (excluding China) revenue reached RMB 479 million, up 18.05%. During the period, the company added dozens of overseas customers and entered the nuclear medicine market in Europe and the United States, securing scale-level projects. It also locked in multiple strategic collaborations in Russia, South Korea, and other regions, and achieved order breakthroughs in countries such as Nigeria and Costa Rica. For existing international customers, the company promoted iterative upgrades of existing production systems to enhance repurchase rates. In the domestic market, the company optimized regional layout, customer structure, and product supply quality, focusing on biopharmaceutical engineering, peptides, medical aesthetics, and probiotics, and improved selling prices and overall gross margins of orders through differentiated product competition.

From a product structure perspective, sterile preparation products became the core driver of revenue growth. During the reporting period, the company's sterile preparation solutions and single machines achieved revenue of RMB 756 million, up 114.22% year-on-year. In terms of profitability, the company's comprehensive gross margin for main business revenue reached 35.46% in the first half, up 5.11 percentage points year-on-year; among these, the gross margin for sterile preparation solutions and single machines improved by 9.30 percentage points.

In AI applications, Truking Technology launched an "AI + predictive long-cycle material forecasting" system, which uses big data to anticipate demand, enabling early planning and dynamic supply of long-cycle materials. The company implemented an "AI + assembly process" innovative function, using AI algorithms to automatically allocate assembly process materials, improving process efficiency and shortening delivery cycles. The company continued to enhance the TK SmartCare industrial AI platform, integrating AI capabilities into overall solutions for sterile preparation, biopharmaceutical engineering, solid dosage forms, intelligent packaging, and smart logistics. It also completed integration of core business systems such as MES, SAP, DingTalk, and CRM with AI capabilities, forming application capabilities including intelligent data querying, knowledge base retrieval, workflow orchestration, expert agents, pre-sales URS risk identification, AI translation, and online energy monitoring.

During the reporting period, the company achieved breakthroughs in core competitiveness enhancement and AI-empowered smart manufacturing, represented by new products such as the one-piece all-paper packaging production line, the nuclear medicine leak detection and labeling integrated machine, the MAGPureX planar magnetic levitation filling machine, and the dual-chamber syringe filling and stoppering machine. The semi-annual report showed that Truking Technology added 83 authorized invention patents in the first half, and by the end of the reporting period held 3,823 valid patents, 38 valid PCT international patents, and 433 software copyrights.
