Unisplendour Reports Strong H1 Liquid-Cooling Server Revenue Growth
Unisplendour Corporation said on August 28 that its liquid-cooling server business achieved rapid revenue growth in the first half of the year. The company is among the few domestic manufacturers with full-process design, manufacturing, and large-scale delivery capabilities for liquid-cooled racks. It has mastered core technologies including cold plates, sealing structures, leak detection, and rack-level coordination, and pursues both cold-plate and immersion cooling routes, supported by a self-developed intelligent operations platform. It continues R&D in next-generation cooling materials and heat-dissipation coordination technologies.

The company is one of the few domestic manufacturers with full-process design, manufacturing, and large-scale delivery capabilities for liquid-cooled racks. It continues to refine its liquid-cooling industrial layout and has mastered core technologies such as cold plates, sealing structures, leak detection, and rack-level coordination. The company adopts a dual-track approach covering both cold-plate and immersion cooling, complemented by a self-developed intelligent liquid-cooling operations and maintenance platform. It is also advancing technology development, including research on next-generation heat-dissipation materials and heat-dissipation coordination technologies, and has initiated microscopic physical research collaborations with several universities.
